Of late I have been inspired by the comments of Marcel Proust who observed that the real voyage of discovery is not in seeking new landscapes but in having new eyes. I am trying to follow that path with new eyes and I invite the viewer to share it with me. I have been painting a series of faceless people with the goal of providing their messages without being dependent on their faces.  The colors, the movement, the posture and more, bring the message.  For both of us the path is difficult but rewarding, as we unravel the mystery. Do you hear the message of the subject?  Look again.
